About LuxePixel Connect
LuxePixel Connect, operating under LuxePixel Studios LLC, is a remote-first customer support organization dedicated to connecting reliable agents with trusted client programs. Our agents provide inbound phone, chat, and email support with professionalism and care.
We created LuxePixel Connect to reduce the confusion, miscommunication, and lack of support many people experience in remote work. The goal is to offer a clearer path, stronger expectations, and better guidance from the start.
Role Overview
As an independent agent with LuxePixel Connect, you may provide customer support through phone, chat, or related service channels depending on the client program. Specific duties, onboarding steps, and hours can vary by client.
Flexible Scheduling

Work From Home
All work is remote, so you’ll need a quiet, professional workspace and the required equipment to support client tools.
